who we are

Leonard Conversano started Conversano Associates in 1983, after working as a Supervising Construction Inspector for 25 years. The company is now run by President Lori Boccadoro, Vice-President Thierry Guye, and Vice President of Field Operations Mike Cuevas. They have overseen the company into a successful and stable business, mixing 30+ years of seasoned experience with young rigor. 

Lori is highly accomplished in the field. She has been asked to present seminars for Columbia University Medical Center facility managers and was a presenter at the Real Estate Round Table in 2020 and the Real Focus Real Estate Seminar in 2016.

Over the last 35+ years, Conversano Associates has grown from a single person into a thriving, reliable business of over 15 employees. Our team is made up of Project Managers Kelly Byrnes, Anna Kandalina, Jasha Manzano, Giselle Torres, Jennifer Charris, and Claudia Carrion, as well as multiple Field Expediters, Permit, Signoff, and C of O Coordinators, specialized FDNY/DOT Expediters, and registered NYC Department of Building Class 2 Filing Representatives. Conversano Associates is also a member of the Greater NY Chamber of Commerce and of the NY Coalition of Code Consultants (NYCCC).
