FAIRER Program Reduced Violation Fees

Through Mayor de Blasio's FAIRER (Fines and Interest Reduction Enabling Recovery) program, the city is offering reduced fines resulting from OATH/ECB violation judgements. If you have any unpaid judgements from violations that are certified correct, you may be eligible to pay up to 75% less.
