Energy Grade Postings

Per the DOB, all buildings on the Covered Buildings list must display Energy Efficiency Scores “in a conspicuous location near each public entrance to such building.” Energy listings must be displayed by October 31st, 2020, and failure to post may result in up to a $1,250.
