Building Owners Must Complete Required Periodic Inspection of Gas Piping Systems

The DOB is reminding all building owners in Community Districts 1, 3, and 10 (of all Burroughs) that a GPS2 : Gas Piping System Periodic Inspection Certification must be submitted by December 31st, 2020 and within 60 days of the inspection.

Failure to file the Gas Piping System Periodic Inspection Certification by the corresponding deadlines will result in a civil penalty of $10,000.
